Founder & President

Medical Sales Recruiter

Whitney graduated with a degree in Communications from Florida State University and embarked on her career in non-profit fundraising with the ALS Association. Over three years, she successfully raised over $5 million for ALS research and patient care. Seeking new challenges, she transitioned to the medical sales field with Warner Chilcott, where she specialized in women's health.

This experience laid the groundwork for a successful five-year tenure at Boston Scientific, during which Whitney gained invaluable expertise in the operating room and adeptly navigated large healthcare systems. She consistently surpassed her goals and earned recognition as an award-winning member of her team.

Whitney's extensive background in medical sales eventually guided her to a career in medical sales recruiting. With a discerning eye for talent and a comprehensive understanding of the medical sales landscape, she has been instrumental in building dynamic sales teams, successfully placing numerous Rookie of the Year and President's Club award-winning representatives.

Now residing in Safety Harbor, Florida, Whitney enjoys the beach and all that the Sunshine State has to offer, providing a perfect backdrop for quality time with her husband and two children.

Katie resides in Fort Myers, FL, where she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Molecular and Microbiology. She began her career at Insight Global, a leading IT staffing firm, where she honed her skills in client relations and team collaboration. Driven by her curiosity and a strong desire to make an impact in healthcare, she transitioned into the medical device industry.

Joining Boston Scientific’s Neuromodulation team as a Clinical Specialist, Katie played a crucial role in boosting sales and enhancing patient outcomes. She later moved to Insulet Corporation, a prominent player in the diabetes sector. Starting as an Associate Territory Manager, Katie quickly ascended through the ranks, earning a promotion to Territory Manager within her first year, and she has since been recognized with President’s Club and Winner’s Circle awards.

Now, Katie is leveraging her extensive background in recruiting from Insight Global and her experience in the medical device industry to assist companies in finding top medical sales professionals. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys working out, spending time at the beach, and cherishing moments with her husband and two children.

With over a decade of experience in medical sales, Stacy has honed her expertise across multiple specialties in the hospital & clinic settings, covering gastroenterology, cardiology, urology, women's health, & plastic reconstruction as a Territory Manager. Over the years, her territories spanned Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas, giving her a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the diverse needs of medical sales professionals. 

She actively mentors college students interested in pursuing careers in medical device sales by providing guidance, industry insights, and valuable networking opportunities. Through this mentorship, Stacy helps bridge the gap between education and career, equipping students with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in the competitive medical sales field. 

Stacy now leverages her extensive experience to help organizations identify top-tier talent and foster the next generation of medical sales leaders. Stacy is dedicated to helping both companies and professionals thrive in the dynamic healthcare environment. 

Leading the fundraising efforts for LeBonheur Kids of North Mississippi, her team has raised over one million dollars for local families requiring care at the Memphis children's hospital. She remains deeply connected to her community in Oxford, Mississippi. 

The combination of Oxford's warmth and Ole Miss's legacy makes it an ideal place to raise her two daughters  with her husband and cheer on the home team.  With a love for her family, her community, and her profession, Stacy continues to make an impact in both her personal and professional life.
